Decagon - Marion's Tack Shed

Ken and I found this 10-sided grainery near Prospect Valley, CO.   We believe that it was a Sear or Montgomery Ward kit from the 1930's or 1940's.  It has 10 walls, 6' wide by 10' tall, approx. 277 sq ft.

We dismantled it and brought it home the 4th of July weekend.  The contractors were not able to start on the new floor joist and tongue/groove sub flooring until after they had finished the Run-In sheds and the Farrier Shop.

Currently we have new floor joist, new sub-flooring
, the original walls are back up. We have replaced the roof with all new materials using a section of the old roof as a pattern.  Just finished adding a full size door plus two windows.

The final piece will be a
cupola on the very top  : )
